Art + Community Grant

The Mariposa County Arts Council is thrilled to announce the 2026 Art + Community grant program, funded by the County of Mariposa, which will support artists and grassroots organizations using art projects and cultural programming to achieve community goals in Mariposa County. Individual artists or groups/organizations working in Mariposa County are invited to apply from April 13 through May 4th, 2026.

Music on the Green

Music on the Green

Every Friday and Saturday evening during the summer, the Mariposa County Arts Council hosts Music on the Green Summer Concert Series in downtown Mariposa’s outdoor Art Park (5013 Hwy 140, Mariposa CA). These free concerts begin at 7pm and feature folk, bluegrass, rock, jazz, reggae, country, and world music bands hailing from the Sierra Nevada, Central Valley, and San Francisco Bay Area, bringing together both local and visiting concertgoers of all ages. This program is produced by Andy Roberts.

All Things Pass

All Things Pass

We warmly welcome you to ‘All Things Pass’, a collection of student artwork from In Frame 2026 at Mariposa County Library from February 20th to March 20th. Each in their own way, students ages 11 – 18 created art that spoke to the practicalities and metaphors of the phrase ‘All Things Pass’. Stop by the library and enjoy the gallery of local talent!
