Yosemite Songwriters Retreat Showcase at Music on the Green

The Yosemite Songwriting Retreat (YSR) showcase is slated for Music on the Green on Friday June 17. Though YSR itself has been held virtually for the past two years, this showcase will be live and in person on the Green.

The Yosemite Songwriting showcase will feature performances by retreat founders Gail Dreifus (Meltwater Bridge Band), Adam Burns (Burnsy, Bootstrap Circus) and other talented songwriters who have come together at the retreat in recent years. Performers are from various parts of California and are excited to come to Mariposa to share a special evening of original songs of various genres and instrumentation.  All Friday evening musicians are solo or duo performers.

Yosemite Songwriting Retreat celebrates the craft of songwriting and the art of performing original songs. Their mission is to support songwriters of all skill levels and genres, create an inspiring and supportive community and provide a safe space where individuals can express themselves through music.
